The 14-level pizza rack is the essential organisation tool for pizzerias with a delivery service or a high-rotation counter. It stores up to 14 stacked pizza boxes in an orderly, accessible way — each level is independent and can take a box of 28 to 33 cm depending on the rack notches. For a pizzeria preparing 10-15 orders in parallel at a service peak, the rack centralises orders on a single station and avoids unstable piles of boxes on the counter.
Order organisation and readability at the counter
In a pizzeria without a rack, pizza boxes pile up on the counter as they come out of the oven — an unstable pile, orders hard to identify, risk of confusion between orders. The 14-level rack solves this: each order goes in its level, levels are numbered or visually identified, and the rider or counter customer takes the right box from the right level without searching the pile.
The 300×310×680 mm format is compact — the rack fits on a 35 cm deep worktop, a counter or a standard shelf. At 2 kg, it is movable by one operator and can be moved easily at the end of service to clean the counter. The 680 mm height corresponds to 14 levels spaced about 47 mm apart — enough for a standard pizza box of 40-45 mm total height.
For pizzerias with delivery, the rack allows organisation by order-out sequence: the first ready orders in the lower levels, the next ones above. The rider loads their delivery bag in rack order — zero confusion, zero forgotten orders. For pizzerias with high-cadence dine-in service, the rack acts as a buffer between the oven and the service counter.
Which establishment
The 14-level rack is essential in any pizzeria doing delivery or counter service with more than 5-6 simultaneous orders. A pizzeria with 2-3 riders running continuously on a Friday evening: the rack holds the 10-14 orders in progress, each identified, visible and accessible in 2 seconds. A pizza corner in a food hall or covered market: the rack organises the boxes at the counter without spilling onto the cooking space.

What restaurant owners ask
- Is the 14-level rack compatible with all pizza box sizes?
- The rack is sized for the most common standard pizza boxes (28 to 33 cm side). Boxes of 35 cm and above may slightly exceed the rack notches — check your usual box dimensions before ordering. For pizzas in 45 cm or larger boxes, a rack with wider notches or a model suited to large formats is preferable.
- Can two racks be stacked to reach 28 levels?
- Two racks can be placed side by side or one behind the other on a counter to increase capacity. Vertical stacking of two racks is not provided for in the standard design — stability would not be guaranteed with 14 boxes in the top rack. The most practical option to double capacity is to place two racks in an L on the counter, covering 28 levels across two easily accessible positions.
