⚠ Three-phase 400V required: this Diamante 70 electric cooker needs a three-phase 400V supply. Check your installation before ordering.

The Diamante 70 4-plate round electric cooker is the four-station electric piano of the premium Diamante 70 range. With 4 round plates totalling 10.4kW on three-phase 400V, 800mm wide and just 250mm high, it combines a full four-station electric cooking line with the ultra-flat Diamante 70 profile. At €2,400 excl. VAT, it equips a premium kitchen with four electric stations and no gas supply.

Four Stations, Ultra-Flat 250mm Profile

Four independent plates organise the whole electric cooking station — reheating, holding, boiling and cooking at once — at the lowest profile in the range (250mm). The 730mm depth and premium build align a coherent Diamante 70 line. A square-plate version is also available (id1434, €3,490) for more usable flat surface.

Who Is the Diamante 70 4-Plate Round For?

  • Premium Diamante 70 kitchen without gas — four electric stations, ultra-flat profile
  • Restaurant wired for three-phase — the full 10.4kW across four plates
  • Coherent Diamante 70 line — same 730mm depth and finish as the range

Solid Electric Plates: Steady, Controllable Heat

A solid electric plate stores and radiates even heat across its whole surface. That makes it ideal for boiling, simmering, holding and any cooking done in flat-bottomed cookware — the heat is stable and there is no open flame. An electric plate responds more slowly than a gas burner (it takes time to heat and to cool), which is the trade-off for steady, flame-free heat: set the level and it holds it. For a kitchen without a gas supply, or where an open flame is unwanted, electric is the right choice.

Power Supply: Check Before Ordering

Electrical supply is the key point to verify. Single-phase (230V) models plug into a standard socket with no special installation. Three-phase (400V) models deliver more power but require a dedicated 400V supply — check your panel before ordering, or choose a single-phase model. The exact requirement is given in the specifications below; our team can advise if you are unsure.

Table-Top Installation

This is a table-top (countertop) appliance. It sits on a worktop or heat-resistant surface and is not designed to be built in or stacked under another appliance. It needs no gas connection and no combustion ventilation, though the heat it radiates still calls for a normally ventilated kitchen.

Stainless Steel, Cleaning and HACCP

The cooker is built in food-grade stainless steel. Let the plates cool, then wipe them and the body with a damp cloth and a food-safe product; avoid flooding the plates with water. Smooth stainless surfaces wipe clean and slot straight into your HACCP cleaning plan.
