⚠ Three-phase 400V required: this Diamante 70 electric cooker needs a three-phase 400V supply. Check your installation before ordering.
The Diamante 70 2-plate round electric cooker is the lowest-profile model in the electric range. With 5.2kW across 2 round plates on three-phase 400V, a 400×730mm footprint and a height of just 250mm, it brings the premium Diamante 70 finish to a 2-station electric cooker. At €1,800 excl. VAT, it is the choice for kitchens that want the Diamante 70 build and its ultra-flat profile.
250mm Height: the Ultra-Flat Diamante 70 Profile
At 250mm high, the Diamante 70 electric cooker is the flattest in the range — lower than the Prestige 700 (330mm) and Série 650 (300mm). The low profile keeps the plates at a comfortable working height on a standard worktop and gives the cooking line a clean, low silhouette. The 730mm depth aligns the Diamante 70 line.
Round Plates or Square? Choosing the Diamante 70 2-Plate
The Diamante 70 2-plate also comes with square plates (id1433, €2,290). Square plates offer more usable flat cooking surface for large or flat-bottomed cookware. The round-plate version (this model, €1,800) is the more affordable choice for standard round cookware.

Solid Electric Plates: Steady, Controllable Heat
A solid electric plate stores and radiates even heat across its whole surface. That makes it ideal for boiling, simmering, holding and any cooking done in flat-bottomed cookware — the heat is stable and there is no open flame. An electric plate responds more slowly than a gas burner (it takes time to heat and to cool), which is the trade-off for steady, flame-free heat: set the level and it holds it. For a kitchen without a gas supply, or where an open flame is unwanted, electric is the right choice.
Power Supply: Check Before Ordering
Electrical supply is the key point to verify. Single-phase (230V) models plug into a standard socket with no special installation. Three-phase (400V) models deliver more power but require a dedicated 400V supply — check your panel before ordering, or choose a single-phase model. The exact requirement is given in the specifications below; our team can advise if you are unsure.
Table-Top Installation
This is a table-top (countertop) appliance. It sits on a worktop or heat-resistant surface and is not designed to be built in or stacked under another appliance. It needs no gas connection and no combustion ventilation, though the heat it radiates still calls for a normally ventilated kitchen.
Stainless Steel, Cleaning and HACCP
The cooker is built in food-grade stainless steel. Let the plates cool, then wipe them and the body with a damp cloth and a food-safe product; avoid flooding the plates with water. Smooth stainless surfaces wipe clean and slot straight into your HACCP cleaning plan.
