If you serve both fried chicken and chicken burgers, you need a cabinet that holds both at their respective temperatures while preserving each product's quality. The 1M50 cabinet with built-in humidification and burger bin is the only unit in our range that combines three advantages in a single piece of equipment: generous storage capacity, a humidification system to preserve the crispness of the chicken coating, and a burger bin to keep buns at their ideal temperature.

How it works and specifications

The 1M50 cabinet is the most technically advanced model in the range. Its two independent thermostats allow you to manage the temperature of the upper and lower sections separately — an essential feature when storing products with different heat requirements (breaded chicken on top at 75°C, tenders or wings on the bottom at 65°C).

  • Built-in humidification system: this is the main difference from other cabinets in the range. The humidification maintains a slight moisture level inside the cabinet, which slows the drying of the crispy chicken coating. Result: your breaded chicken stays crispy for longer inside the cabinet, even across multiple batches.
  • 2 independent thermostats: one for the upper section, one for the lower. Two independent temperature zones in a single cabinet — adaptable to every product type you stock.
  • Burger bin included: a dedicated compartment for keeping brioche and hamburger buns warm. The bin maintains temperature without drying out the bread — essential for a quality chicken burger service.
  • 6 storage trays (3 upper + 3 lower) + double-side opening: same organisation as the standard 1M cabinet, but in the 1M50 format for greater capacity.
  • Double-side opening: front and rear access for smooth service — reload from the rear while service continues from the front without interruption.
