Multi-Level Dry Display: Capacity That Sells
A multi-level heated display cabinet uses gentle dry radiant heat to keep products warm and visible across several presentation levels. The levels multiply display capacity in the same footprint, so you can show more product to more customers — viennoiserie, pastries, paninis, fried snacks, empanadas, hot sandwiches — all held at serving temperature behind glass. A heated, lit display is a direct driver of impulse purchases at the counter: the product sells itself when it is warm, golden and in view.
Built for the Counter
The adjustable thermostat (30–85°C) holds the right serving temperature for the product, and the sliding glass gives staff quick access during a busy service. The cabinet is light (around 22–25kg) and runs on single-phase 230V (standard socket) — no three-phase installation, easy to position or move on the counter.
