The Carte Comp+ electric pressure fryer is the flagship model in the MFF range — the most advanced model in terms of programming before moving up to the Henny Penny range. Its Comp+ control panel offers 8 programming levels on each of the 10 buttons on the dashboard, giving up to 80 distinct, fully customisable cooking profiles. Each level independently controls the cooking temperature, time and pressure — enabling recipes of a complexity and precision impossible to achieve with a standard Compu T. Combined with the automatic filtration pump, it represents the ultimate investment for a chicken fast-food outlet seeking total control over its process.
