Touch (touch-sensitive) controls sit on a flat surface that wipes clean in one pass, ideal for hygiene. Digital controls add programmable presets, so any staff member gets the same result without judging the time — consistency at the press of a labelled key. Choose by your kitchen's workflow and team.

Power and Throughput

Higher wattage means faster reheating, which means more covers served per minute at the pass.
